Improvisation, gamification, serious play,
storytelling, visual facilitation techniques and other creative approaches are carefully selected, adapted and tailored to suit each individual audience, organisational need and creative appetite. Blended with a suite of traditional business modelling techniques, these approaches deliver a highly effective business transformation, team and group development and facilitation.
The objective isn't to shoehorn creativity into every interaction, but to create the most appropriate environment for effective conversations, deeper reflection and insight, gaining shared understanding and forming clarity around the path forward.
Meet Rachel Drinkwater
Rachel Drinkwater brings over twenty years’ corporate experience in business analysis, systems analysis, business transformation, business change and facilitation. She holds a Diploma in Business Analysis and was a finalist for the Business Analyst of the Year award in 2024.
She is also a lifelong practitioner in the performing arts, performing as an actor and improvised comedian. Rachel also holds an MA in Creative and Media Enterprise.
This combination allows her to understand the needs of commercial organisations, whilst identifying and designing suitable creative techniques to help solve challenges, leverage opportunities and help teams find clarity.
Creativity is not just a fun* ‘add-on’ to BetweenTwoWorlds' services and products, it is a fundamental part of the work Rachel does and is core to her methodology.
Rachel uses creative practice intentionally to create psychologically safe spaces for businesses and people: to try new approaches, reframe perspectives, communicate, explore problems and make decisions.
